Wheatless Wednesday Apple Pie

Fall is one of my favorite times of year and especially since apples are in season. This is a great alternative to apple pie and tastes great with less calories, less fat and its wheat free!

Baked Apples necessities:
*4 apples
*1/4 cup raisins
*1/4 cup chopped pecans
*1 Tbs hemp hearts
*1/4 cup brown sugar
*1/2 tsp cinnamon
*1/4 tsp nutmeg
*pinch of cardamom
*coconut oil for top
